This Warranty applies to the product only, not application thereof. ‘The product’ refers to all textures of Regaia’ s pre-mixed super-flexible wall plaster.
A written guarantee, issued to the purchaser of an article by its manufacturer, promising to repair or replace it if necessary within a specified period of time.

[color-box color=” customcolorpicker=” ro]This Warranty asserts that:
- The product will not flake, crumble or de-laminate.
- The product will not crack on its own, and therefore will conceal spider cracks up to 2mm wide.
- Specifically:
The M300 product will conceal cracks of up to 2mm wide,
The M200 product will conceal cracks of up to 1.6mm wide,
The M100 product will conceal cracks of up to 1.2mm wide,
The M30 product will, with 2 coats – conceal cracks of up to 0.8mm wide, and with 1 coat – conceal cracks up to 0.4mm wide. - The product pigments will fade at a maximum rate of 10% in the first 2 years, and +- 1% a year thereafter, depending on how dark the pigment is (darker pigments fade faster than lighter ones).
- The product, once applied to a surface, won’t come off (run, peel, sag) as a result of gravity, provided Regaia’ s Application Procedure, Surface Preparation procedure, and Emphasis on Plastering Process (as per the Technical details page of the Regaia website) is properly adhered to.
- The product will resist water penetration once cured. 72 hours is needed for a full cure.
- The product has anti-bacterial and fungal resistive properties.
NOTE: only water-based primer is to be used for new walls and solvent-based primers for anything else, as stipulated in the Surface Preparation details.[/color-box]
[color-box color=” customcolorpicker=” ]Warranty is voided if:
- Any forceful damage is leveled at the product after application.
- The product is applied over cracks (not mere spider cracks) in the walls that turn out to be construction cracks as a result of construction problems or poor foundations, preexisting or impending.
- Application does not adhere to the proper Application Procedure, including Surface Preparation and Emphasis on Plastering Process.
- The first coat of the product is not applied thick enough or evenly enough.
- The preexisting/underlying surface or layer is unstable, resulting in crumbling, peeling or areas of the product coming right of the preexisting/underlying surface.
- The application surface is not adequately waterproofed.
- Any other procedure besides Regaia’s Application Procedure is followed.[/color-box][color-box color=” customcolorpicker=”]Compensation: If the product fails within the aforementioned Warranty assertions and Void declarations then Regaia will resupply and reapply the product, at Regaia’ s discretion, to the affected are, and paint the affected area, free of charge.[/color-box]
